SHIPPING

What shipping carriers do you use?
Jíbaro uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to mail all packages.

How much does delivery cost?
The shipping rate is determined by USPS per the size and weight of your order. You are charged exactly what it costs to mail your order, we do not make a profit from your shipping payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Your order should take 2 to 5 days once shipped depending on your location. You can follow your package with the tracking information provided on your shipping confirmation email.

TILES/ORNAMENTS

What material are the coasters made of?
The tiles are made of tumbled Botticino marble and are mainly sourced from a quarry in Verona, Italy.

Are the marble tiles moisture and heat resistant?
Yes, the tiles are heat and water resistant.  You can place a hot cup of coffee or tea on the tile without harming it . Do not place a hot pot directly from the stove on top of the tile as it might crack. You may also place a cold drink and allow condensation to drip onto the tile, when done with the drink gently tap dry the tile surface.

How is the image put on the surface?
The image is hand-printed onto the surface of the marble using a combination of proprietary inks and finishing process.

How do you clean the marble?
The best method for cleaning is with a damp soft sponge or cloth. Please do not use any abrasive cleaners or pads, this will scratch the image. Do not put in dishwasher, as the cork in the back will peel off.

What payment methods does Jibaro accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

GIFTS

What if my order is a gift and I don’t want you to include an invoice with the order?
Order invoices are placed inside every outgoing package. If your item is a gift and you would like us to exclude the invoice, please not this request in the Comments section during the checkout process. 

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time, we hope to sell them in the future.
